Frances Jane “Fanny” Crosby is the world’s most prolific hymn writer. But in addition to her hymns she wrote hundreds of other poems. Many of these poems have been lost to history.

It is our desire to resurrect these beautiful words by the republication of Fanny Crosby’s first book, a collection of poems.

Some of these are religious, some related to the context of her life in the New York Institute for the Blind. All of them beautifully written inspirational to this day, over 200 years after she was born.

Note: The interior of the book is a facsimile of the original and contains the flaws of the 1844 print.
