David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University, a Juris Doctor from Duke University, a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University, and a Master of Business Administration from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. He is also a graduate of Grace School of the Bible, Chicago, Illinois.
